Straightforward residential pricing

Rates below cover the complete two-person team and are before applicable taxes.

Our hourly rate covers a trained two-person team that has learned to work quickly together without cutting corners.

Thorough from the first tier

Our Basic Clean is intentionally more complete than a quick surface clean. We focus on the details that make a home genuinely feel cared for.

Typical team times

A modest-sized home often takes about 2 hours; a larger home is commonly around 2½ hours. Deep cleans generally land around 4–5 hours, depending on the home and its condition.

Your quote is your ceiling

Once we confirm a quote, we do not charge more than that quoted price for the agreed scope of work. You know the maximum cost before the work begins.

If something does not feel right after a cleaning, tell us. We are happy to work with you to make it right — whether that means returning during the week for a touch-up or, when appropriate, moving the following cleaning up one service tier.

The story behind the clean

Built together. Grown through care.

CST ProNet was born in Montreal in 2020, when Christian and his sister Sarah found themselves facing a period of enormous uncertainty. Drawing on their roots in restaurants and hospitality, they came together and put everything they had into building something that could carry them through those difficult times — working hard, learning quickly and committing themselves completely to making it work.

But from the beginning, it was about more than getting through it themselves. Christian and Sarah wanted to make life a little easier for other people too, taking one worry off their shoulders by creating cleaner, more comfortable homes and workplaces. As CST ProNet grew, Christian’s wife Anne-Marie joined the team, bringing her own energy and care to helping get the job done. That family spirit still guides the company today: work hard, treat people well and leave every space — and every client — a little better than we found them.
